What Do You Blog About?

For some reason, blogging while living in Romania was so easy. Perhaps it was because I needed the connection with English speaking people. Maybe my schedule there kept me home more. Or most likely it was because the daily tasks in life like doing laundry or the kids fixing their own cereal were a bit more adventurous.

I miss blogging. And hopefully I will come up with some interesting things to write about. Meanwhile, I hope you'll read some of my older posts. I'm working on transferring some of them to this blog.

What do you usually blog about?

Gabriel and the Carton of Milk

The Dreaded Enemy

  1. Oh, I am constantly running proverbial blog ideas through my mind... however, when it's time to actually blog, I usually find that the current idea/topic has replaced those others... I should keep a list... shame to let them go into the unblogged ether...

  2. I usually blog about my daily activities, when something unusual pops into my head, when something funny happens or I just tell on myself when I do something stupid. Mostly I blog so my Family and Friends can know what I'm up to, but in all of my writings I find the Lord puts a spin on them...and directs my fingers on the keyboard and that is my favorite part. It's for them, but it's all Him and for His glory.

  9. I can talk someone's ear off in person, and then I'll sit in front of my blog and not know what to type! Silly. But I usually just post pictures of my paintings with small descriptions. :)

  10. I blog about whatever strikes my fancy. I put off bloggin for so long because I was timid about the tech side of it. At first I just wanted to blog about the funny things my grandchildren did. And I do that occassionally but life happens and I blog about it.

  13. Was it work that brought you to Romania?
I usually blog about my crafting, and sometimes various rants. I haven't done a good rant in awhile. Maybe that's a good thing!

  15. I think blogging is much like journaling...the longer you wait to do it, the less you have to say - but the more often you do it, the more things you think of to write about (strangely enough!). As it is, though, I only blog 2-3 times a month lately, split between two different blogs. :)

  17. I hope we hear from you more often Karen. You are a great blogger and an interesting read. I like to blog about deeper spiritual things or when I'm on a personal soapbox about something, but I often get flack then, and since I'm not an arguer or debater, I sometimes just delete them. So then I resort to just things about our farm or the girls. Since I've pretty much covered everything when I was a new blogger, I've run out of things to say. (sigh)
